Who would react in that way? 2) When, how and where was the Highway patrolman when he got the call? 3) If the car was speeding at 90+ mph he would have traveled 30+ miles before finally getting under control. 4) how in the world could anyone understand a policeman issuing instructions with a loud speaker ( with the window open or closed) careening on the road at 90mph?
