		<description>Production will only go up if American people are encouraged to buy these cars. The GM's EV and the Toyata Rav4 EV (Which is still on the road)had older batteries are still working fine. Most of the toyotas have nearly 200,000 miles and still going...I think this whole debate on which battery is best is getting old and not getting us nowhere to get us off foriegn oil.</description>
